Customer Profile:

SunTrust Bank operates over 300 branches in Tennessee, Georgia, and Florida. We maintain all exterior lighting and signs for all of the Tennessee locations, as well as interior maintenance at a few locations. Security and image are the primary concerns in addressing the maintenance of their lighting and signage.

Project Objective:

As part of a state wide lighting management program that specifically addresses each of the customer’s issues, we implemented a Night Watch Program for all of their facilities. Through this program, each location is monitored for outages one evening each month. Any outages are recorded and then repaired within 48 hours. Once the repairs are complete, the locations’ files are updated with the action which creates a history of maintenance that has been utilized by SunTrust to defend liability cases. Our technicians are certified through the interNational Association of Lighting Maintenance Companies (NALMCO), which insure we are offering SunTrust the level of knowledge and expertise that their maintenance staff is lacking.
